- Details you provide when contacting or making an appointment: name, phone number, email address and the content of your inquiry.
- As part of the consultation, if you choose to continue: financial, employment and family information necessary for the mortgage review, including credit reports and documents you provide.
- Technical information collected automatically when browsing (IP address, browser type and device, cookies) using the Wix platform.
There is no legal obligation to provide the information, but without the necessary information we will not be able to provide the service.
3. How we use the information
- Get back to you and arrange a meeting.
- Provide mortgage advice and support, and submit applications to lenders, with your consent.
- Comply with legal requirements.
- Operate the website, secure it and improve it.
Marketing mailings will only be sent to those who have expressly consented to this, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Who we share information with
- To banks and other lenders, appraisers, lawyers and insurance companies – only as part of handling your case and with your consent.
- To service providers who operate the website and communications for us: Wix (website hosting), Google (appointment scheduling and email) and WhatsApp. Some providers store information on servers outside of Israel.
- To the authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
